Artists become disposable contractors. What often goes unseen? The work itself suffers when its makers are stretched, stressed, and unstable.

With the pressure taken off of the artists to secure a return on investment on behalf of the producers, we are able to fuel fearless creativity within the artistic communities, keeping theater accessible, and igniting tomorrow’s artists, audiences, and innovators.
